With reference to my Despatch No. 59 of February 5th,
I have the honour to report that I took the opportunity
of an interview with the Minister of Communications yes-
tarday to discuss the question of the early connection of
the Canton-Kowloon nyl Canton-bankov Tailwys, pointing
out the great economic advantage to both Railway systems
which soull result from the construction of a short link
line of 44 kiisa la length.
